Hi I'm Trevor

I'm a family man, a tax nerd, an estate planning attorney, a diehard sports fan, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a man who loves being trapped in my house with my wonderful wife and four (4!) daughters, with the fifth on the way. After growing up with four brothers and only one sister, it is a change having so many girls around. When I'm not working, I'm usually trying to get my girls to put away their princess dolls and pink toys to get them out hiking or playing sports. They love me enough that they're always excited to do whatever I suggest. They'll even watch sports with me on the TV if I tell them that's what I want to do. I love being with my family. I bore them when I talk about my job as an estate planning attorney, but I love it, and I try to make it exciting when I'm not at work. I'm a tax nerd, a sports fan, I still dream of being a professional athlete, and I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by wonderful parents who taught me about Jesus Christ. As I got older, I learned on my own about his role as the Redeemer of the world. Wanting to be a true disciple, it is very natural for me to want to be a part of His church. I see in my life the blessings of following His gospel. My family is important to me, but it is important to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, as well. Because of that importance, They made a Plan of Happiness to help me enjoy my time on the earth with my family and be able to be with them forever. I do my best to follow Jesus Christ and His gospel so that I can receive those blessings with my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best example of a disciple of Jesus Christ that I can be. When Jesus was on the earth, He taught, comforted, visited, and healed those around Him. I try to do that in my life, as well. I love visiting others who are trying to be like Jesus. By associating together in His church, we have the opportunity to strengthen each other and lift those in need. As I try to be a true disciple, I live my faith by serving others and loving those around me.
