Hi I'm Taylor

I love paintballing, playing halo, Cooking and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Howdy, my name is Taylor, I was born in Houston, TX and I grew up in Las Vegas, NV. I love to hang out with my friends and watch movies or play video games. just hanging out and having fun, life is to stressful to not have good friends to be around that make you laugh and make things easier. I’ve worked in Loss Prevention and plan on trying to join the Police Department in Vegas. I love the Dallas Cowboys, and love to watch them win! Mexican food is the best and I love my family and friends, they mean everything to me. I’m the oldest of five kids. I love to go out and go camping, just getting away from everything every now and then.

Why I am a Mormon

I’ve grown up in the church, and lived by the teachings all throughout my childhood. But it wasn't until I started to grow up and do what I wanted to do that I realized how true the church is. When I was in my "rebellious" stages of life, is when I really saw that living by the commandments we've been given really does bless our lives. And by reading the scriptures more and praying more I knew it even better that this gospel truly does bring you the greatest joy. More than any game or movie could ever try to do. Helping others is what I have grown to love. And knowing that I can be with my family forever is the best thing ever!

How I live my faith

I am proud to be a member of this church, and I let everyone know that. I’m not the smartest person when it comes to the gospel, but I try my best to explain it to those that ask me about what I believe in. Talking about the gospel to others and letting them know of our Fathers love for them is great and brings me a lot of happiness. The joy that it brings out weighs all the negativity in the world, and I know that as I continue to read the scriptures and pray constantly, that our Heavenly Father will always be there to help me out when I need it most.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

We'll go outside and look around, and then tell me that there isn't a God. Alma said it best Alma 30:44 "But Alma said unto him Thou hast had signs enough will ye tempt your God? Will ye say, Show unto me a sign, when ye have the testimony of all these thy brethren, and also all the holy prophets? The scriptures are laid before thee, yea, and all things denote there is a God yea, even the earth, and all things that are upon the face of it, yea, and its motion, yea, and also all the planets which move in their regular form do witness that there is a Supreme Creator." This Supreme Creator is... God, our loving Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
