Hi I'm Josh

I'm a family man. I use design to share stories about natural and cultural heritage. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I had our fifth child as I completed a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. I enjoy exploring natural areas on hikes and paddle trips with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

The greatest happiness I've experienced in life has come through following the teachings of Christ and His living prophets. Faith in God continues to lift me over personal challenges and moves me toward a rewarding life serving family and neighbors.

How I live my faith

Each week I attend church services with my family. These meetings strengthen my personal conviction of the gospel of Jesus Christ and help me renew my commitments. I work with Cub Scouts sponsored by our congregation and am the secretary within a men's organization where we teach each other the gospel, serve others, and recreate together. I strive to live the teachings of Christ throughout the week, so there is no separation between who I am in one place or at one time than another.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

I love my family. We do all sorts of things together. We celebrate successes together and support each other through failures. Family is where faith and values are learned and practiced - where belonging and friendship are felt. We are promised that the joy of family can continue after this life through the power of God.
