Hi I'm Branden

I love the outdoors. I restore Classic cars. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

For me there is nothing better then getting up in the morning, slipping on a pair of warn boots, your favorite pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a warm jacket to keep off the morning chill. Then grabbing a tackle box, or maybe just a camera and heading out into the beautiful that has been given to us. I also like to restore cars from the 60's and 70's. I love being able to just sit down and listen to music, or when i get some free time to sit and play some video games. Most Important thing is i just like hanging out with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints because by following its teachings I have found greater peace, purpose, and understanding in my life. Though I was born into the church, I like everyone else, had to be converted to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I had to learn for myself the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. There are many small events and experiences that led to my conversion but the most important of them all was when I simply knelt and prayer and asked my Father in heaven if these things that I had, namely the Book of Mormon, were true or if they were fake. If the Book of Mormon true was then Jesus Christ and God the Father really did appear to Joseph Smith and called him to be a prophet, and through Joseph Smith the Lord Jesus Christ had once again given His authority to man to establish His church and kingdom upon the earth once again. When I had asked if these things where true I felt in my heart and knew in my mind that they were and the feeling was accompanied by the feeling and warmth that can only come from a loving God and by his Spirit.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best "me" that I can. Being a member of the church gives me the chance to serve and help others that I normally wouldn't get else where. It allows me be and more importantly do the things that my savior would have me do. It gives me the chance to get involved in serve projects for the community, or be able to help out in youth group activities once a week.
