Hi I'm Madeline

I grew up in Colorado. I love to run. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from Colorado but I'm going to school in Utah! I'm studying physiology and developmental biology to go into medicine someday. I am currently a licensed CNA and work with amazing people every day because of my job. I love to sing and perform, but mostly I love working with people and I'm so excited to be going into a field where I can work so closely with people.

Why I am a Mormon

God has always been there for me, and His gospel has given me more strength and happiness than anything else in my life. My life is always changing and it's hard for me to adapt sometimes, but my faith is one thing that I can always hold on to. I also love how much emphasis there is on family and marriage in this church! I think the definition of these are just falling apart in our world, so I'm grateful our church realizes how important they are.

How I live my faith

Everyday I strive to be an example to my friends and family. I've had foster siblings and foreign exchange students live with me before, so I was able to be an example everyday in my own home to them.

What is faith?

Madeline
Faith is knowing something to be true without having proof. In a world where science and evidence are seen as the only way to have a true knowledge of something, God has asked us to believe in something we cannot prove. Although God's works are all around us and he displays His greatness in all aspects of our lives, faith is putting our trust in Him and following Him blindly. Faith is crucial in order to have a relationship with God.  Show more Show less

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Madeline
Something so good, so true, cannot be stopped from being shared. We cannot hide our light under a bushel! The growth of the church is directly because of the truthfulness of this gospel and the power of God. Show more Show less
