Hi I'm Tiera Peterson

I love to travel. I'm an entrepreneur. I love dark chocolate. I'm a mormon.

About Me

The boy I married in the Logan temple is my best friend. It is a dream come true. We love to travel and to run. I love to knit, cook, and hang out with my husband. I owned my first business when I was 14. My husband and I are now starting a business of screen printing posters. I moved to Utah from Texas when I was 16 and didn't love it. I will always be a Texan, but I am also a Utahn and feel so blessed to live where I do.

Why I am a Mormon

The family I was born into are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have never had any desire to explore any other religion. The teachings of this church are true and they have made me happy. Because of this gospel I know that if I and my husband live righteously, we get to be together even after we die. Because of this gospel I know that I am a daughter of God, and that he loves me. I also understand that I have a specific purpose on Earth and that everyone else does too. I am grateful for the gift of the Holy Ghost, and the peace and direction it brings me in my life. It is because of these and so many other blessings that I continually choose to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I try to live like Christ by doing small and simple things. Talking and smiling to strangers. Trying to not judge others, watching how I dress and talk. I try to be kind to everyone and help them know that they are important and loved. I live by example. I think that it is most important to live by faith in thought, and then action. I seek for guidance from the Holy Ghost to help me understand what I am doing good with and where I can improve.

What is faith?

Tiera Peterson
Faith is letting go of your doubts or fears and putting trust in God. Faith is like a muscle. It must be exercised or else it will shrink! In order to increase our faith, we have to study gospel principles in the scriptures and pray to Heavenly Father to help us have faith. Show more Show less
