Hi I'm Carrie

I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay-at-home mother of four children. While my husband works, we play and hang out everyday. I graduated from college with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering. I enjoy photography, photo editing, and scrapbooking. I love experiencing the little gems each day that make my life meaningful and rich.

Why I am a Mormon

I remember sitting in church when I was a teenager and learning about all the humanitarian work that the Mormon church is involved in. I was impressed with the brotherly love and service shown to those who needed it most. It is often said, "by their fruits, ye shall know them." I belong to this church because it follows the example of our Savior that he showed us while he lived on earth. He helped those who needed it most. He's helped me countless times. I know He and my Heavenly Father live and know me personally. I know they hear my prayers and guide me with a loving, living Prophet. I know the Book of Mormon is true scripture restored by Joseph Smith, our first latter-day Prophet. I know families can be together forever. I've seen how the Mormon church can change people for the better. I've seen the fruits of this church and know it to be true.

How I live my faith

I love teaching the children at church about Jesus and his love for them. I've made wonderful friends with the other women I serve with. We organize the Sunday school meeting for the children and make sure every child feels welcome and loved. I love watching them grow closer to their Savior and Heavenly Father. I may teach them basic principles of the gospel, but they teach me so much more about patience, love, compassion, and forgiveness.
