Hi I'm Robert

I was baptised and joined the church at the age of 54. I'm a mapper and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am 54 years old, father of 5, grandfather of 7, I was baptised on 11/27//2010.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I follow the true faith as revealed by Joseph Smith, Jun. and the standard LDS Works.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week, making sure to partake of the sacrement weekly. I pray with Heavenly Father several times a day making sure to thank Him and tell him that I love Him. I read scripture daily. I follow the Word of Wisdom. I pay a full tithe. I fast and contribute an offering monthly. I share the gospel. I serve as a ward missionary. I lead my family by example. I fellowship with The Holy Ghost and my breathren. I emulate Jesus Christ to the best of my ability. I support my Bishop, my Stake President, and the Holy Prophet and the Twelve.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Robert
No tithing is used to pay church members, instead it pays to build and maintain Temples, churches and schools; help in family history and temple work; assist missionary programs; print scriptures and othe church materials. Show more Show less
