Hi I'm Christopher

I'm the oldest of 7 children who are all adopted

About Me

I'm 19 years old. I am the oldest of 7 children and all of us have been adopted. I love to be outdoors camping, mountain biking and just having fun. I just graduated high school and I can't wait to start college when I get back. I am kind of an oddball becuase I like to do so many different things. I am an Eagle Scout and I love to serve others as much as I can. I love to learn new things!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I chose to be. I had a rough childhood before I was adopted, and I could see the difference between the two worlds. I could see the love that permeates a home that is built upon the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I could feel the spirit and I knew that my adoptive parents treuly loved me. I have come to know through reading the Book of Mormon and asking God of it's truthfulness that the church is true. I know that you can know the truth as well!

How I live my faith

I Live my faith by being an example... It is not something that is hard to do. The standard that the Church has are all good standards that protect those who follow them. I chose not to participate in things that would harm my body or mind, because I want to return to live with my Heavenlny Father clean and pure. My lifestyle helps me to overcome dangers I would otherwise face, and it makes me feel good knowing that I have control over my body, and that it doesn't control me!

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Christopher
I think the reason the family is so important to us is that it is important to God. We know and belive that we have a living prophet on the earth today and that through moderen revelation we know that families are eternal. I know that if I keep the commandments and live an honorable life I can live with my family forever someday! Show more Show less
