Hi I'm Seth

I'm from Syracuse, NY. I'm serving in the Florida Tallahassee Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like doing a lot of different things. I really like playing piano and guitar. I also really like snowboarding. Most of all I like to spend time with people that I love and just have fun with them and strengthen our bond. Right now I am serving as a missionary in the Florida Tallahassee Mission and I absolutely love it. It has been hard being away from my family and friends for so long, but I have been blessed beyond anything I could have imagined. I have spent a lot of time with a lot of really amazing people that I have learned so much from.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is through the Book of Mormon and the teachings of the Restored Gospel that I have learned to have true faith in Jesus Christ that enables me to improve myself and find true happiness. It has helped me actually feel like I have a real relationship with my Father in Heaven. I am young but I have had experience trying to find happiness from other sources and they all left me empty and depressed in the end.

How I live my faith

Like I said, I serve as a missionary in the Florida Tallahassee Mission and that is my life right now. I spend pretty much all day every day either teaching the Gospel or looking for people who are willing to listen. We also do service for individuals and the community such as raking leaves or helping out at the local Hospice. The time that I have spent as a missionary has been the most rewarding experience of my life. I have grown and learned so many lessons about the Gospel, life, love, sacrifice, devotion, purpose, and the list goes on. Heavenly Father gives us callings to bless us and those that we are called to serve, and I feel that I have been blessed so much more than I can ever hope to bless anyone else. Those blessings have mostly come from people that I work with and/or serve and teach, as well as those who serve and teach and lead me such as my Mission President.
