Hi I'm Abigail

I'm a Mormon. I am 26 years old and I love science!

About Me

I am from Vermont. I am 23 years old and I am studying Biology. Next year I hope to be starting graduate school. I would like to get my Master's degree in epidemiology or pathophysiology. In my opinion the human body is God's greatest creation and I love to learn about it. My favorite pasttime is reading. I don't have a favorite book because I like everything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I was baptized when I was eight years old. I cannot imagine my life without the truth and peace I feel daily. If I didn't have the principles that my parents taught me, I would probably gone down a different path. I know the Christ is my Savior and that he loves me. When I am living the principles that I have been taught; when I remember to pray morning and night, and study the scripture daily, and show kindness to other, and attend church meetings, my life is nearly perfect. I feel Christ closer to me during the day and my smile never breaks. This gospel has given me assurance that God has a plan for my life as long as I follow his commandments. I know that this is the only true church with the proper authority to perform the ordinances needed for salvation. It contains the same organization that Christ established while he was on the earth. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I was currently involved with the activities in my area. I attend church with many other young men and women that are my age. I also recently returned from serving an 18 month mission in Mesa, Arizona where I had the opportunity to teach about principles of the gospel and provident living to the Hispanics in that area. It was the most amazing experience of my life. Right now, I am involved in Family History work; which involves indexing and reading many different census records from all around the world, so others can look up there genealogical information. This type of work is very gratifying. It is always fun to learn about your family's past.
