Hi I'm John

I know my Heavenly Father lives.

About Me

I am a parent, quadrapligic, and business professional that is trying to promote hard work and education. I am currently enrolled in college with my 21 year old daughter and President/CEO of Grady Team Realty.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to its original form. I know that Heavenly Father and his son are real and live. I am Mormon because I have read the Book of Mormon and know that it is a true testament of Jesus Christ. I was born to parents that were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was taught about Jesus Christ and his life when I was a child. As I grew older, I assumed that blessings would automatically be poured out upon me. As I fell away from what the gospel taught, my life became less & less joyful. It took some time to realize that without the gospel of Jesus Christ, my life was going to be miserable. I have come to realize that living the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, helps me to grow closer to our Savior and brings a renewed joy to my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to read the scriptures daily and to love my brother as myself. Daily scriptures study helps me maintain a closer relationship with my savior and strengthens me spiritually. Especially when I read from the Book of Mormon regularly, I feel an increased measure of my Heavenly Father’s Love. Book of Mormon | Jacob 233 13 And ye will not have a amind to injure one another, but to live peaceably, and to render to every man according to that which is his due. 14 And ye will not suffer your children that they go hungry, or naked neither will ye suffer that they transgress the laws of God, and fight and quarrel one with another, and serve the devil, who is the master of sin, or who is the devil spirit which hath been spoken of by our fathers, he being an enemy to all righteousness. 15 But ye will teach them to walk in the ways of truth and soberness ye will teach them to love one another, and to serve one another.
