Hi I'm Suzy.

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for five years, and am the mother of a sweet little 2-year-old daughter. I work part-time as a speech-language pathologist in an elementary school, and my husband is currently in his fourth year of dental school. We both love volleyball and have played in a community church league for the past four years.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints my entire life. I have had personal experiences throughout my life that have confirmed my belief in the Book of Mormon and the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Knowing who I am and why I'm here has given me strength, confidence, and peace. I appreciate that the Church upholds the standards of God, rather than conforming to the constantly changing standards of the world.

How I live my faith

I am involved in the youth program of the church, so I have opportunities to teach girls that are 12-18 years old. I also get to help plan, organize, and carry out some of the larger events (e.g. dances, conferences, girl's camp) that give youth opportunities to strengthen their faith, showcase their talents, share their beliefs, and have social experiences with other kids in the Church.
