Hi I'm Paul

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Psychology and Business. I love all sports, especially football, basketball, and running. I love to read, to write, and to listen.

Why I am a Mormon

I think there is at least one time during everyone's life in which they must pause to reflect on what they actually believe -- not what their parents believe, not what their friends believe, but what THEY believe. During these times I have thought about what truly makes me happy. And for me, the teachings found in sacred scripture, as well as the teachings of modern prophets and apostles, have been what make me happy. I am not a Mormon because of logic and reason, and for that matter, I don't know many people that are. I am a Mormon because it is a life that makes me happy, and that offers peace of mind and tranquility during times of trial as well as times of contentment.

How I live my faith

On a personal level, I live my faith through personal scripture study, earnest prayer, and Christlike actions. Outside of my personal life however, one way I live my faith is through church service. In the past I have contributed my time and talents by teaching a scripture study class once a week. Such service has been very rewarding and has blessed many aspects of my life.
