Hi I'm Suzan

About Me

WE ARE ALL BORN MISSIONARIES!! SOME OF US JUST DON'T KNOW IT YET!!! My Mother and Dad built a house right behind my grandparents home and I grew up playing in the cornfields of my Grandmother's garden, right outside of the city limits of town, in northern Florida. My grandmother first told me of Jesus...I was just a baby and she was rocking me in her rocking chair and she said "Suzie, if there is anything you ever want, just ask Jesus and He will give it to you"...I said "o.k. Mama", my life has been filled with lessons taught by the Holy Spirit ever since. Growing up, the families in my immediate family had built houses, one next to the other, the whole "country block" was my family neighborhood! So I was never afraid to walk further and further down the street and knock on a strangers door to visit. My first job was when I was about 9 years old, which was selling seeds door to door! I even thought one day that I wanted to record a music record, which the Lord guided me to do on Columbia Records!...MODERN DAY MIRACLES STILL HAPPEN!...Actually recently I had a very bad leg problem that made it almost impossible for me to walk. So men from the Church came over to my house and laid hands on me and prayed for me and lo and behold....I was able to walk good again immediately!....A modern day miracle!....The Book of Mormon is True!..When I am happiest, is when I am being my Missionary self!!!!!!

Why I am a Mormon

I CHALLENGE YOU TO SEARCH YOUR HEART, RIGHT NOW!...YOU ARE A MISSIONARY, TOO! I was baptised at 7 years old but then quit going to church. My Aunt Betty said, "but Suzie you love your Bi-bee"..(I carried the Bible around with me like it was my best friend)..So for many painful years I was away from the Church. I looked to the world for comfort and shopping was my favorite hobby.....Then one day I was in computer typing class and I heard someone call my name twice..."Suzan"...."Suzan"....I did not think anything of it at the time but then a year or so later I heard the same voice say, "Go to the Mormons"...I knew immediately that it was Jesus speaking to me...I immediately called my mother in Florida and told her what happened...My mother said, "Suzie, whatever you must go through...YOU GO!......So in the days following, I started looking back on my life, I realized that Jesus had been guiding me to the Mormons all along, because as I sat and counted all the friends that I had close personal relationships with, lo and behold, they were all Mormons! YES! So without my even trying, my precious Lord was gently showing me that HE WAS, and HE IS Is and HE ALWAYS WILL BE watching over me!

How I live my faith

AS I SAID BEFORE, I AM HAPPIEST WHEN I AM BEING MY MISSIONARY SELF!!! By remembering Jesus everyday, all day long. I live my faith by praying everyday to Jesus about everything that is going on in my life. I strive to remember His Commandments, and follow them, as best I can, and I try to be an active part of His missionary work in my relationships, past, present and future. I have heard His Voice and He Said, "Go to the Mormons". So by going to the Mormons as Jesus told me to do, to the very best of my ability, I know that one wonderful day, I WILL be able to say......Yes, I have heard His Voice...but I have also SEEN Him too!

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?
