Hi I'm Jordan

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in California. I served as a missionary for this church in Leeds, England. I am currently studying accounting in college.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this church. I was taught to have faith in Jesus Christ from my childhood. I started to see how important having faith was in my middle school and high school years when friends started to make poor choices and face negative consequences. Living the teaching of Jesus Christ has helped me avoid the destructive influences that young people face. I have had increased self confidence knowing that I am doing what God expects of me. Living the gospel has brought me true peace.

How I live my faith

I try and live my faith very simply. Each morning I start the day off with prayer and reading the scriptures. As I read the scriptures I feel closer to the Savior. While reading, I often have thoughts enter my mind that let me know ways that I can become more like the Savior and ways that I can be of service to others that day. Through reading scripture I am able to see how true disciples of Jesus Christ are supposed to act and then I try and pattern my life after them.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

The message this gospel shares is of such great value to every individual, family, and nation that sharing it is one of the greatest acts of service/privileges that can be performed. This gospel has the power to bring hope and happiness to all people. I believe the message that the missionaries share will increase the faith of any individual that will hear them.
