Hi I'm Dana Floyd

I'm an airline pilot, who loves the outdoors, his wife, children and grandchildren and - I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife Denice and I have 6 children and 21 grandchildren, ranging in age from newborn to 19. Our family is the joy of our lives. Each has a unique and wonderful personality. In addition to family, I enjoy camping, hiking and backpacking, running, swimming and biking. My career has been in commercial aviation, flying for a major airline most of my adult life.

Why I am a Mormon

Faith in Jesus Christ and participation in the church has served to provide a solid foundation of moral values and added meaning, purpose and direction to my life. It has also served to unify my family.

How I live my faith

Because I believe in Jesus Christ, I recognize in some small degree the sacrifice he's made for me personally, and trust in his promises, my heart is filled with love for him. This love that I feel motivates me to be the best person I can be. I want to be what He wants me to be. A kind, caring person who loves others and looks for opportunities to help where help is needed.
