Hi I'm Zach

I'm an outdoors enthusiast, I love my family and I'm a mormon

About Me

I'm 22 years old and I'm from Oklahoma. There's not very many members of the church where I'm from, so I get asked lots of questions all the time like "Why can't you eat brown stuff?" and "Why can't you go hunting or fishing on Sunday?" I love getting to answer them. I served a mission in Alabama speaking Spanish. I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and hiking. My wife Ila and my family are my biggest blessings.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I can't deny the witnesses I've had in my life. The way my parents live, the blessings my family's received, the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon, the whisperings of the Holy Ghost, and the burning knowledge that today we are still guided by God through prophets seers and revelators that communicate with him. I know that Jesus Christ lived and died for all of us and that through his plan of salvation we can all return to live with him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example of the believers, like Paul says to Timothy Timothy 412 We live in a world that doesn't make it easy to live what you believe. But I know that Satan will always be putting more and more pressure on us. So I keep the commandments. I live in a small church branch of about 30 people. My brothers, dad and I passed the sacrament every week to the congregation. Everyone there serves each other. I taught primary classes to some of the kids. We're like a family and we all support and love each other.
