Hi I'm Ron

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Hollywood, Fl and have lived in the Atlanta, Ga.area over for 30 years.

About Me

I sell hotel franchises for an economy hotel chain, based in Atlanta, Ga. I have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren, with one on the way! I love my family, life and the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

Why I am a Mormon

When I first joined the LDS Church, I had a weak testimony, but deep in my heart, I knew what I had done was right. After I got married to my first wife, we both became very active and of course, my testimony grew, which confirmed why I had joined to begin with. I knew that my Redeemer lived and wanted to gain a more perfect knowledge of him and his Father. I also learned that your testimony continues to grow and grow and as it does, you become closer and closer to Heavenly Father. Yes, I made mistakes, but also learned that through the atonement, you can be forgiven for your transgressions, as Heavenly Father and Jesus love us more than we'll ever know. Now that I've remarried, my wife and I are very active in church and look forward to going to our meeting on Sunday. Also, my testimony is stronger than ever and I'm sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this church is true and that we are right where we're suppose to be. I also know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that we all have a loving Heavenly Father that sacrificed his Son for the remission of our sins. Living this Gospel on a daily basis has become routine for me. I can not even imagine not having the Gospel in my life, nor where I'd be without it. It's changed my life, definitely for the better and certainly can change yours also!

How I live my faith

I love to serve, not only in church, but in helping those in need. It truly does a heart good to help those who, for whatever reason, can't help themselves, or just giving a hand to someone in need, such as a jump when they're battery is dead. As for serving in church, I will do what is asked of me. If a teacher isn't there and they need someone to teach, I will help if asked, or by visiting the families that I've been assigned to visit on a monthly basis, or when ever called to help. I truly believe in the scripture that says, when you are in the service of your fellow man, you are in the service of your God!

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

If you read the Book Of Mormon, pray with a sincere heart, honestly seeking an answer, then you'll get one and I can promise you that you'll not be disappointed and will find true, eternal happiness, not only for you, but for your family and possibly even your friends! Show more Show less

What blessings can we receive through the gift of the Holy Ghost?

The Holy Ghost is a great comforter for me. He helps me to feel when something is good, or right, or for that matter, when it's bad and therefore wrong. Show more Show less
