Hi I'm Melissa

I grew up in California and Georgia. I'm studying to be a Teacher and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently attend college. I am reacently divorced and have a beautiful daughter. I love to draw, sing, dance, laugh, walk, run, cook a little and many others things. I enjoy sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church. I gained my testimony of the Church by reading, studying, and praying to know for my self that its true. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our prophet upon the earth today. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and can help you come closer to God. I know that the Book of Mormon is for us and our time. I know that family can be forever and that God alway has a plan for us even after one life may end and another begins. Children are a gift and blessing to us and I cherish my daughter everyday. I have a strong testimony of the Love of God. I know that God loves us I have pray to know that its true and had the opptunity to meet one of His Genereal authorities Elder Russell M. Nelson whos very presance flows with His love. And I know as I felt His love that it was just a little of how massive the Saviors love is for us. I love God our Heavenly Father with all my heart and love to share His Gospel with eveyone that I can get the opptunity to share it with. I know that these thing are true and give my witness in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my life every day one step at a time. I attend Church every Sunday and take my daughter there too. I teach her the gospel by reading to her from the Book of Mormon every morning and night. By setting an example for her to follow I live the promises that I made in the Temple. I teach her about the temple and took her there for the open house back in May of this year. She know where she wants to get married now. Everyday there are challenges to face but I go forward with a postive out look on life and a pray within my heart. Always looking for opptunitys to teach my daughter and also to share the gospel with others. I love being a mormon. I enjoy each day as it comes and I am strengthen by my faith in Jesus Christ. With family and friends to stand beside life is a joy for me.
