Hi I'm Ben

I Produce Instructional Multimedia and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a dreamer who enjoys creative outlets. My wife and I are currently fostering three little girls ages 4, 3, and 2. Add to that our own 4 year old son and a new puppy and you can guess how much free time we have.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because when I live the Gospel of Jesus Christ I feel peace, when I read the Book of Mormon I am inspired to be better, and when I pray, the Spirit of the Lord confirms the truth of it in such a way that I find it difficult to desire anything else.

How I live my faith

I've always been driven by a deep inner sense of the man I could someday become; I guess you could say this spiritual self image is what makes me tick. Over the past year or so, life has forced me to turn to my Heavenly Father for much needed support and guidance. As I began to let go of this life from a worldly perspective and surrendered my will to the Lord, I found myself making significant progress in becoming that man. This was done with a solid belief that He could do more of my life than I ever could. This seemingly small internal shift has made all the difference and continues to have profound impacts on my life. I now understand the statement "If you don't surrender your will, you will surrender your peace." Life is still difficult, but that's OK. I guess we need challenges to motivate us to turn to the Lord so we can slowly be elevated to the occasion.
