Hi I'm Liz

I'm half peruvian. I love writing, music, movies, and meeting new people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in Utah, although I am originally from Nevada. I graduated from college about 2 years ago and now work in content and social media for marketing purposes. I love spending my time writing, watching movies, listening to music and finding great new music all the time, reading inspiring books, and meeting new people and creating lasting relationships with them. I love exploring whatever creativity I have and learning about others' creativity as well.

Why I am a Mormon

I could never count all the reasons I am a Mormon. The main reasons come down to the fact that life is extremely hard a lot of the time and the world is unfair and unforgiving for the most part and through the pain of my trials and the joy in the moments of tender mercy, I see a divine hand in my life; the hand of my Heavenly Father. The fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been the guiding salvation for my life. We have a Father in heaven who watches over us and guides our lives if we will let Him. We also have a Savior who was sent by our Heavenly Father to experience all we would experience in our lives including the pain, sorrow, affliction, heartache, insecurities, joy, laughter, pride (the good kind) :-), hope, and more. Because they both love us more than we can comprehend they have given us the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know that in living the gospel my life has meaning and I have hope that good can conquer the bad and that we are not just living aimlessly on this earth, left to fend for ourselves in all things. We have the ability to make choices in all things, but those choices include the opportunity to choose to do the will of a divine Father who loves us and to accept the death for us by His son, our Savior. In doing so, we can find happiness even in the worst of times. I know I do, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be more like the Savior Jesus Christ every day. I try to take the time to get to know people individually and learn more about them so I can love them and serve them better.
