Hi I'm Meagan

I'm a rugby player. I'm a photographer. I'm a Mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 21 years old and I've been married for two years. I have an 11 month old baby boy. I have love for good photography. I played rugby in high school on a nationally ranked team. I love animals and live on a farm.

Why I am a Mormon

My mom is also a Mormon, but my dad isn't. They got divorced when I was thirteen, and I had a choice. I could continue to go to my mom's church, or I could go to wherever my dad was attending. I was under a lot of pressure to be rebellious and to go against the morals I had grown up with. But I chose that those things wouldn't make me happy. This church made me happy. I was able to make friends that had the same background as I did and that helped me grow. I am a mormon because I love God and I love Jesus Christ. I want to do what they tell me to do and I feel like this church helps me to do that.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in many ways. I teach lessons in Primary, wich is the children's class, on Sundays. I also have helped other people to understand more about this church, which ultimately brought my husband to become a mormon also. Now that I have a child, I will teach him about our faith, and live my life in accordance with our beliefs so I can be a good example for him. That is my biggest role.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

We most certainly believe that the Bible is Holy Scripture. We believe that the Bible to be the word of God, as long as it is translated correctly. The Bible is what Jesus Christ and the Prophets of God said during Jesus' time. We use the Bible in accordance with the Book of Mormon Show more Show less
