Hi I'm Tif.

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'd like to consider myself wanderlust. It's hard to imagine a soul as young as myself to be a world traveler. I'm not. I just have an innate desire to travel the world, experience new cultures, befriend strangers, let their lives affect mine and mine theirs. I am from Utah's Dixie and have lived in Utah for the great majority of my life. I love photography and do indeed deem myself a photographer. I love my family SO much and I'm like everyone else that says "I have the best family in the world," and I truly believe it! I am in love with the most wonderful man and we are sealed for time and all eternity in the LDS TEMPLE. Sometimes the best thing in the world is just knowing that I get to be with him forever. It makes my heart sing. We love to read, watch movies, go to concerts, and eat out! We also find special joy in serving in the temple and try to attend as much as possible. There you have it. This is me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe this Gospel is the source of utmost happiness. Forever Happiness. It is truly the most beautiful thing in the world to know truth and to FEEL truth. In a world where we are so uncertain of our surroundings, our feelings, our lives. We have this ONE thing that is so certain and so real. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I know my Heavenly Father LIVES and loves me. I know his love is undying, I know he is ALWAYS here for me, I know He listens to my prayers. He listens to my heart. He listens to my brain. He knows my wants needs and desires, all in the same, I know I have to ask, wait, plead, have faith, and be patient. I know the Book of Mormon is true, I know the words therein are words of God, and I know there are answers in that Book that are unwaivering, that will lead us right where we need to be. I know, beyond words, that Joseph Smith was a prophet, he was called of God to restore the Gospel and to be the witness we all needed to begin our path back to Him. I know the Atonement is the power by which we can return to Him, Jesus Christ lived, suffered, and died for us, so that we can be clean, be whole, be spotless. I've made my share of mistakes, both big and small, but I know I'm forgiven, because repentance is real. and it's an amazing feeling to be swept away from sin. and recalling what it took to get us clean. and how simple the process is, considering what it took for Him. and... I know our leaders are called of God, and chosen for their special abilties, talents, and thoughts, and their way of understanding us, sometimes individually, sometimes as a whole.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly, my friends and family know how much I love the Gospel, and they're aware of my testimony. I have in the past taught classes about the Old Testament, really, learning more for myself then teaching others. I do my best to just do everything with full heart and an intention to work toward emulating our Savior, Jesus Christ.
