Hi I'm Josh

I'm a return missionary, I study Computer Science, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I spent the first 14 years of my life growing on in Southern California. Before starting the ninth grade, my family and I moved to Utah. I love my family and the encouragement and support that they give to me. I am currently studying Computer Science with the dream of becoming an entrepreneur and starting several of my own businesses. I work for my parents, helping them with the several businesses that they own and also helping around the house with whatever may need to be done. I enjoy spending time with friends and engaging in wholesome recreational activities. One of my favorite places to go with my family is to the beach. Aside from the beach, my favorite places to be are in the temple of the Lord or at home. In these places, I find peace.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. I was raised in the church and have loved it all my life. After serving a mission and seeing the joy that the fullness of the gospel brings into peoples lives, I can't imagine being without the church. I have come to really know that there is no other true church of Jesus Christ upon the face of the earth. No one else has the fulness of the gospel. WIth the fulness of the gospel, I know that I can be with my family for eternity, if we live obedient to the commandments of a loving Heavenly Father. The joy that comes from having a family that I know is eternal is indescribable. I know that Christ atoned for my sins. I know that this is His church. I love hearing from His Prophets and Apostles. I am Mormon because I love my Savior, and I know that through His gospel, I can return to live Him.

How I live my faith

Having recently returned from serving a full time mission for my church, I work to fill my time serving others and helping my family. Family is very important to us, now and in eternity, and I do what I can to help support my parents and siblings. I strive to always be an example of righteousness to those around me, being a friend and support to them in their times of need. In the extra time that I have, I spend time doing family history and other related activities. I also fill a church calling that gives me an opportunity to serve in the church.
