Hi I'm Kim Foust

I'm a Mormon. I am also a Mother, a Missionary Mom, a Wife, a Sister, a Daughter, Grand Daughter and a Friend....

About Me

I have been married to my Sweetheart for almost 25 years. We have 4 beautiful children. We have a two girls and two boys. Our oldest daughter is married, our oldest son was just called to serve a Mission in the Texas, Fort Worth Mission, and our youngest two are in High School and Jr. High. We live very busy lives, but feel the daily blessings from the Lord as we try to live and serve as He asks us to.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I know this is the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. He lives! He wants me to live with Him again and through the Gospel and the Covenants I have made with Him, I can do just that. I have the opportunity to have my Family for Eternity and there is nothing I want more.

How I live my faith

I start each day asking my Heavenly Father to guide me in decisions I may face, and to help me to know those who may need a service that I can render. I try to live in Harmony with the teachings of the Gospel so that I may have the Spirit with me as a constant companion. I currently serve in the Women's organization in the Church called the "Relief Society" and have received countless blessings as a result. I want to serve like Jesus Christ served and show charity and love.

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Kim Foust
We absolutely LOVE to have Visitors! Our meetings are organized into a 3 hour block each Sunday with separate meetings for children, youth, men and women for part of the time and then everyone meets together to partake of the Sacrament in remembrance of the Sacrifice of the Son and to renew our Baptismal Covenants. Prayers are offered, lessons taught, and we try to learn more about our Savior and His plan for us. Everyone is welcome! Show more Show less

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Kim Foust
Those who are seeking the Truth, feel the Savior's Love and His Spirit in the Gospel Principles and in the Scriptures. We have the Book of Mormon which is Another Testament of Jesus Christ as our Savior which accompanies the truths contained in the Bible. Show more Show less
