Hi I'm Diana
I'm a wife, mother, & student. I love to create things. And I'm a Mormon.
I have a good husband, a sweet baby girl, and a patient cat. I'm a part-time university student. I was born in Germany but have lived most of my life in the US. I served a full-time mission. I love to make things; cooking, baking, jewelry, painting, sewing, anything that sparks my interest. I'm also very good at making messes. Oh, and I love to write!
I was not born into this church. I joined when I was 19. When I agreed to meet with missionaries I never imagined that I would choose to be baptized. I only wanted to learn about the church. But as I did, I noticed that my life began to change; that I began to change. I learned that I am a daughter of God and that He loves me incredibly. I have worth that doesn't depend on anyone or anything else. I learned to have hope because despite what society tells us is normal and "just the way things are", God has a better and more beautiful way to live that fills us up inside instead of leaving us empty. I made the decision to join this church because through the course of studying, reading, praying, and doing I received an undeniable answer. I made that decision ten years ago. I am still a Mormon because what I learned then continues to be true today and has been added upon throughout the years in ways that I never could have imagined.
My faith is expressed in many outward ways such as reading scriptures, praying, attending church meetings, helping others, etc. But the strongest ways in which I live my faith are internal and only God knows the real extent. By this I'm referring to my thoughts and emotions. My relationship with God helps me solve inner struggles, make it through trials, and changes me on the inside so that I can be more kind to those on the outside.
