Hi I'm Jason

I'm an Air Force Pararescue Trainee, I'm an adrenaline junkie, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to be outdoors. I love shredding through fresh powder in the winter time. In the summer, I enjoy wakeboarding and midnight longboard rides down Provo canyon. I'm a personal trainer. It's something that I've worked very hard to achieve. I've worked for a few gyms including The Blitz and Gold's Gym. I take my health and nutrition very seriously and love to study anything pertaining to the physiology of the human body. I love exercise and have learned that the rewards for diligence and hard work, are great and fulfilling. I'm in the US Air Force training hard to be a pararescue jumper. When pilots and soldiers get in trouble behind enemy lines, we are the guys who get them out. We operate on land, air and sea!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon, and my life could not be better! I've found that the principles of the gospel apply to every moment of every day. And the blessings that accompany the righteous that constantly battle to keep the Lord's commandments and follow without doubt are greater than any wordly possession. I have partaken of the atonement time and time again. I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to Christ and his sacrifice. I know that great power and spiritual strength can be found within the walls of the Temple, if we only find time to do so. I love my family and look forward to the day when I have a family of my own. I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings our families together, creating a spiritual stronghold where we can take shelter in times of trial and adversity.

How I live my faith

I have been blessed with a strong brotherhood of friends that are steadfast in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We each strengthen and support each other in our times of trial and adversity. I also draw strength and guidance from the scriptures. I try to keep a habit of studying the teachings of the Savior, in the New testament and Book of Mormon. I try my best to live the teachings contained in those holy volumes. Although at times I feel I fall short of what God expects of me. It's at these times when I'm most thankful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ and the love God has for each of his children. I keep in contact with my Heavenly Father through daily prayer and seek the comfort and guidance of his spirit. I love attending church, where I can recharge for the coming week and find the strength I need to press on.
