Hi I'm Tony

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a convert to the church and I have been a member for about 2 years now. I am currently serving a mission and I am loving sharing what I have learned with everyone I can. I enjoy basically any adventure sport and anything outdoors. My favorites are backpacking and white water kayaking. I love being outside, it helps me relax and take time to enjoy every day.

Why I am a Mormon

Throughout my life it seemed like I had nothing to build on, no solid ground on which to anchor myself. For that reason I drifted through life and wasn't getting much out of it. When I found the Gospel I latched on to it quickly as something to guide my life and help me find direction. I prayed about the truthfulness of the Gospel and received a clear answer from my Heavenly Father, this is the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always trying to apply what I have learned about my Savior, Jesus Christ. I try and live the principles He taught and I find great joy in doing so. Currently I am a full time missionary so I have the wonderful opportunity to help people from all over to develope faith in Jesus Christ and learn how to live His teachings more fully in their life. Before I went on my mission I was able to teach kids in my home congregation about the Gospel at their level l which was great because it helped me realize how simple the Gospel really can be.

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?

The easiest way to get accurate information about the Church is to surf Mormon.org. The best way though is to find your local meeting house( Which you can do on LDS.org) and ask the Missionaries in your area to come over and have them answer any questions you might have, and of course you could just show up at Church one day and start asking questions!
