Hi I'm Michael

I'm a college student. I play the banjo. I love life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to the most beautiful woman in the world Jessica. My love for her gives me more purpose in life than I ever thought was imaginable. I am passionate about being my best self, and love finding ways to improve my life and create success for myself and my new found family. I love music, I love sports, I love photography and technology. I believe there is beauty in almost every part of life God has given us, and we should take advantage of it!

Why I am a Mormon

God has blessed me with unique spiritual experiences. Each one, some rather small in nature, have testified several things in my heart that I now know and will not be able to ever deny. I have a witness of the spirit that God lives, that His son is Jesus Christ, and that the atonement he went through is real and allows us to return back to his presence. I have a witness that families are at the foundation of God's plan. He gave us those relationships so that we can hopefully experience some of the sweetest joys this mortal life has to offer. We must cherish these relationships. I have a witness that God has called latter-day prophets, and that he works today as he did in the past for the salvation of men.

How I live my faith

Having been recently married and started a family, I believe that the primary place I focus on in living my faith is in the home. I try to create a celestial safe house from the world in the environment we have at our house, and hope that it is a place that can welcome any one who needs to be loved. I believe that my faith should permeate every action in every situation I'm involved in. Professionally, Socially, Physically, and so on, I believe that a faith in Christ and his atonement will lead me to act honorably, love others, and better the world.
