Hi I'm Osasu

Born and raised in Nigeria, moved to canada at 9, Joined the Church at 15 And now on a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and football are my favorite things to do. I absolutely love drawing, i desire to become an animator and an actor. I was all about drama school since middle school, its my passion.I am striving to become my hopes and dreams, and living the gospel of Jesus Christ has motivated me to pursue them. i am now currently serving a 2 year mission as a minister of Christ in Georgia. Life Is Awesome

Why I am a Mormon

My name Osasu means In the Edo Dialect "God leads". Growing up wasn't always easy. I am very energetic which makes it hard for me to control myself. I grew up in Nigeria with out a father. When i turned 9 my father brought me and my sister to Canada. Its hard being a son to a father never seen before. I grew up with the "ok" values of the world. I was a well played soccer player but got into trouble with the law and my life turned upside down, but turn right side up when I met the missionaries. I was 15 when I met the missionaries. When they taught me, everything in my life made sense. I knew the reason why things were happening was so I could accept Jesus Christ fully. So i decided to join the church. My father however did not hide his displeasure with the Idea. Now I am a dedicated servant of the lord, ministering to those of my friends in Georgia, that Jesus is the Christ. Not to mention through living the teachings of Christ, I'm doing a whole lot better controlling my energy more positively. What a blessing!

How I live my faith

My faith is who i am and what I'll become. Faith won"t grow unless we put it in action, and to the test. So i took it upon myself to live all the commandments of God to the fullest. Christ in our days has asked each worthy young man of the church to serve an honorable full time mission. To dedicate ourselves for two years in his service is the Lord's request. I am now serving that mission at this point of my life here in Georgia. As worthy I might seem in the eyes of men to serve God, I'll never feel worthy to be in His service. I am trully indebted to my Father in Heaven and my Savior Jesus Christ. My honor and privilage is the least I can give to my God.
