Hi I'm Ben

I'm tall tan and hansome, I love corn bread and chicken anyday, I'm an athlete, a Guitarist, a brother and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music, sports, family and friends and anything that is high adventure. I play Guitar, Ukulele, and piano. I play lacrosse, swim, and box. I've attended college in Arizona. I have two older sisters and four younger brothers. I pride myself in the fact that I was the head coach of a lacrosse team of 11-14 year olds that had a winning season.(More than half of the boys had never played before)I only swam my senior year in high school and went to state as an alternate. My glory days are yet to come.... I am currently serving a mission for the church in Georgia! And I am a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

Im a Mormon cause I know that this is Gods true church. Like a lot of mormons, I was born into the church but there came a time and point where I could not keep living on my parents testimonies; so i decided to find out for myself if what I had been learning my whole life was true or not. My answer did not come right away but after reading the Book of Mormon and praying to God for an answer, I finally recieved an answer to my question. That answer can through the Holy Ghost or Gods Spirit. I KNOW that God answers prays, in His time, and that this is His true church here on earth.

How I live my faith

Right now I live my faith by serving full time mission for the church. Before I became a missionary I taught 11-12 year old boys sunday school and was involved with their scouting program. I served in my community by doing my Eagle Scout project for a non-profit organization and helping set up for community events. When I return home I plan to continue to serve those around me and and bring others closer to Christ by helping them recieve his restored gosple through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentence, baptism, receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

We live normal lives. We have normal jobs and go to school and have normal everyday likes and interests. We all have individual personallities and are free to like things that the next peron may or may not enjoy. The thing that makes how we live our lives different than others comes from our devotion and desire to follow God. To live in the world and not of the world. We're just normal people living normal lives. Show more Show less
