Hi I'm Jodi

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to make music. Singing is a passion of mine and I could do it all day everyday. I love to sit at the piano and sing while I play. I love loosing myself in a book. I am attending a University. I am currently studying History Education with a minor in music. I love learning about the people who have lived life before us and to learn from them. I love learning. I love helping other people. I have been to Mongolia and Zambia Africa so help and serve the wonderful people there and to share my love of this church with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I know with all of my heart that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I was raised in the church and I have always believed but know I know. I had to go through my own conversion. I took the time to really take the time to study and ponder The Book of Mormon and to pray and ask Heavenly Father if it was true and if Joseph Smith translated it. I felt the most wonderful feeling of warmth, love, clarity and assurance that it was indeed true and that it was translated by Joseph Smith. I served a mission for the church in Mongolia and it was there that I knew without a doubt that Heavenly Father was mindful of me and loves me always no matter what. I know now that my savior Jesus Christ atoned for me and died for me and that he is always near me and ready and willing to help me. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love all of us and want us all to be happy. Life is hard. We go through things that make us question them and their love for us and if they are there. I know that they are always there! I have had lows in my life where I have questioned them and their love but I KNOW they ARE there and that they love me and all of Gods children.

How I live my faith

I serve in the church by playing the piano in classes and for the ward choir. I feel every calling is important in the church. I try to love everyone I see and let them know that I love them and that I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love them and are there for them always.
