Hi I'm Trevor

I am from Colorado. I am a long distance runner. I play the piano and compose music. I am an Engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Aerospace Engineering. I love to solve puzzles and fix problems. I value my education and dedicate most of my time to school. I was Valedictorian at my high school. I am also a long distance runner. In high school, my best mile time was a 4:38 and my best two-mile time was a 10:13. One of my deepest passions is music. One of my greatest joys comes from being able to play music for myself and for others. It invites the spirit into my life and uplifts me in times of stress and struggle. I love to play the piano and have taken lessons for 11 years. I enjoy composing my own music and performing classical music. I am also learning to play the organ. I do not take the credit for all that I have accomplished in my life. I feel that everything that I have accomplished I have accomplished with the help of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I feel His divine power as I go about my life. In fact, on various occasions, I have felt great healing as I have gone through difficult physical and spiritual trials. By revelation, I have come to know that Jesus Christ lives, that he was indeed resurrected and because he lives we too shall live again after this life. This is the source of my hope. Because of these things that I know, my future is bright, my life has purpose, and my capacity to preserver through life's challenges is strengthened. I hope that all people will come to know and love Christ as I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my parents raised me in the church and taught me to keep the commandments and serve others. As I have followed their council and teachings, I have developed my own testimony of the gospel and the truths that it teaches. As I strive to live the commandments and improve myself, the spirit strengthens me and gives me confidence to continue my efforts.

How I live my faith

I accompany the songs that we sing in church during our Sunday meetings. I also sing in Christmas and Easter choirs. I try to find ways to reach out to others and include them in our church activities.
