Hi I'm Michelle

I love my family, friends, and people in general! I have film degree and am studying for an MBA. I love adventure. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love learning. I am an avid reader and enjoy participating in activities that expand my knowledge. I love music. I play three instruments and hope to learn more. I enjoy composing. I listen to music of all kinds and enjoy finding new artists and composers. I love my family. I enjoy spending time with my husband and other family members. Whether it's watching a movie, playing a game, or just talking, it's always a blast! I love traveling. I love exploring new places, eating new foods, meeting new people, and enjoying new cultures. I love cooking and doing crafts. Creating is a great blessing, and I like trying new foods and crafting new items.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that Jesus Christ came to atone for the sins of each person, and because of that I have chosen to follow Him and be a member of His church. I know that our Heavenly Father would never want his children to be miserable, and the Plan of Salvation is the only way to become truly eternally happy and be with our loved ones forever.

How I live my faith

I serve in whatever capacity I am called. I enjoy visiting teaching because I am able to connect with a specific sister on a deeper level than passing by on a Sunday. I try to attend all of the activities to promote fellowship and learning about the Gospel. Every day we have personal and family scripture study and prayer. We also pray over meals. This helps remind me about the Savior and our Heavenly Father and re-focuses my thoughts throughout the day. Monday evenings are reserved for family time where a Gospel lesson is shared and usually includes a fun activity. Each day I try to serve my fellowman and follow the Saviors example in word and deed. Following the guidance of the Spirit is essential in living my faith. I'm currently working with the children of the ward in the Primary Presidency. I love teaching the kids and seeing as they learn new doctrine and principles and gain all kinds of new insights about who they are, why they're here, and where they're going. It's the best!
