Hi I'm Elizabeth

I'm a real food health nutritionist and a nourishing cook. I nourish my family with good food and the gospel!

About Me

I'm a mom. I lead my family in a life of joy and wellness.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because it brings peace, joy and knowledge that my family can be together forever! I know God has a plan for each and every one of our lives. I see and recognize God's hand in my life everyday. He gives me enormous blessings and a wonderful family. I want to show my love and gratitude to my Father in Heaven, and be a tool in his hands through serving others and my family.

How I live my faith

We read the scriptures, like the Book of Mormon, with our child every day. We love hearing her repeat the words, and become familiar with the teachings of Jesus Christ and his prophets. I enjoy serving alongside fellow women in our areas church women's group. I help communicate activities, events and other news to the women in our area church. I also am involved in planning Sunday meetings and other monthly weekday events. I feel grateful to be serving other women around me in a community where I know I am loved. I'm glad I can serve Jesus Christ as I help and serve the women and families around me.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Mormons help in their community as a whole, and should be available to help anyone. We believe all people are brothers and sisters, so we help others like we help our family. There are circumstances where people might feel uncomfortable helping others or the situation isn't right, but don't judge the group based on one person's decision. Overall, Mormons should be of help to anyone when they are able to do so! Show more Show less

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

There is a community of people, that is always there to support you, encourage you, strengthen you and learn from- no matter where in the world you go! You can also be a strength to those around you by sharing your talents and gifts and helping your community and church group. Also, you can have superb health as a Mormon! We avoid damaging substances like drugs, alcohol and even stimulants like tea and coffee. This has been proven to have health benefits- and along side that- we do it because God has asked us to keep our bodies clean inside and out. The blessings are great, and the health benefits are an added bonus! Show more Show less
