Hi I'm Josh

I'm a student, a song-writer, and a male cheerleader. But most importantly, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest, but biggest, of 4. I grew up in the footsteps of my brother, my sisters and my parents. Now I'm on my own and it's up to me to make those tough life changing decisions. I am your average college student (studying engineering) who struggles to find time for everything from religous obligations, to school, to a social life, to a dating life, to sleep.

Why I am a Mormon

BECAUSE IT'S THE TRUTH !! I was born and raised in the LDS Church, but it wasn't until I grew older that I realized the things which my parents had been teaching me were truly true. I needed something more in my life. I needed help in making decisions of what to do with my life. Through prayer and a sweet peace that I received, I came to know that "The Book of Mormon" was true and that God continues to call prophets. These things have only helped me to strengthen the Faith in Jesus Christ which I had gained through the years. But now, this Faith was my own and not borrowed from my parents.

How I live my faith

I try my best to follow the Savior's example in all things. I LIVE MY LIFE WITH A SMILE. There is not one day that I do not smile. I call it a "Smiling Disease" because no matter what happens in my life I just have to smile. Knowing that I have a Loving Heavenly Father who loves me and cares for me, gives my smile strength to withstand the trials and tribulations of life. I maintain my "smiling power" by praying daily and filling my life with good things such as scripture study, uplifting music and serving others. I try to help out in whatever ways I can. With such limited time I am unable to do BIG tasks, but it isn't always necessary that we take on a huge task to help others. I find SIMPLE ways in which I can make somebody's day better. The most important thing that we can share with somebody else is LOVE, the love that God has for them and the love that we have for them as our spiritual brother or sister. With an EASY and SIMPLE smile or "hello" we can change somebody's day, week, or month. "By small and simple things are great things brought to past." (Alma37:16)

In whom should we have faith?
