About Me

I've been called to serve as a missionary for the Church and I have been assigned to serve in the Argentina, Bahía Blanca mission. I attended BYU for two semesters before my mission. I love the Book of Mormon and I love the gospel!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, but similarly to all members of the Church, I needed to receive a witness for myself that it was Christ's true Church. Among many spiritual experiences and witnesses, I received a testimony that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, that it was translated by the prophet Joseph Smith through the power of God, and that it is an essential Testament of Jesus Christ in our generation.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve as an emissary of Jesus Christ for two years. I will fulfil my purpose as a missionary by inviting others to come unto Christ by helping them receive His Restored Gospel.

What is the Church’s position on abortion?

Human life and the ability to procreate are sacred gifts Heavenly Father has given us. It is contrary to the commandments and the will of God to have an abortion for convenience's sake. There are reasonable circumstances that could justify an abortion (pregnancy as the result of rape, life of the mother will be compromised, etc.) but one should always consult both local Church leaders and pray to Heavenly Father for a confirmation in the decision to have an abortion. What is the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon is volume of scripture that functions as a testament, or witness, that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that, "there is no other name given whereby salvation cometh . . ." (Mosiah 5:8). As with all scripture, the Book of Mormon is composed of the writings of inspired prophets who reveal God's word for us to study and apply to our lives. The Book of Mormon is a compilation of the writings of ancient prophets in the American continent. One of these prophets was named Mormon, which is where the book gets its name. It has been written that, "The crowning event recorded in the Book of Mormon is the personal ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ among the Nephites soon after his resurrection. It puts forth the doctrines of the gospel [and] outlines the plan of salvation" (Introduction to the Book of Mormon). There are two more scriptures that I would like to share from this marvelous book: "And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Chirst, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins" (2 Nephi 25:26). "Yea, come unto Christ and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness . . . that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ" (Moroni 10:32).
