Hi I'm Dallon

I'm a Father of two, who is a competitive yoyoer studying chemistry at University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Dallon, and I am a full-time student at University. I am in a band, I love to sing and play the ukulele. I'm also a competitive yoyoer. The outdoors rock! I like to run, swim, kayak, hike, camp, basically anything outside. If you were to ask me I would say that I am pretty stinking good at ping pong, if you were to ask anybody else, they would politely sigh and suggest otherwise. When I finish my PharmD degree my wife and I hope to relocate our family to Alaska.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have found lasting peace and happiness. I know that God knows me, and that he loves my. Being guided by the Light of Christ, and the Holy Ghost, I have found the path towards eternal life and salvation. I KNOW that my Savior is Jesus Christ, and that it is by him, and through him, and of him that I am saved. He spoke to the world through prophet throughout the Old and New Testaments. He continues to do so today. Thomas S Monson is a prophet of God on the earth today. The Spirit Bears witness of it and so do I. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I attend a Ward, or Congregation, with many other people my same age. We all have a TON in common, we are all young single adults. We share good times and hard times. We are there for each other. I have been asked to serve as the Sunday School President and also as the Vice President of the local LDSSA Latter-Day Saint Student Association. My faith defines who I am. I don't just act the part on Sunday, I live and love it everyday!

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Dallon
The scriptures teach us over and over again that if you "ask, and it shall be given you seek, and ye shall find knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Luke 11 9 We are promised that if we pray sincerely and ask the father in the name of Christ, we will receive answers to our prayers.  Show more Show less
