Hi I'm Megan

I'm a mom of two boys. I was a special ed teacher but now a stay at home mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 4 years to an amazing man! I am mom of two amazing boys. I was a special education teacher but now I am a stay at home mom. I love to cook, shop, take pictures of my family and blog. I have lived in many different states and love them all. Family is the most important thing to me.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints before I was born. That is why I am here. After they joined the Church they prayed and knew that they should have more children. After 9 long years my bother and I were born. I have a testimony of the power of prayer. I know that God hears and answers us. He loves us and blesses us with our righteous desires. We just have to have patients. I know that God lives. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. I know that without him I could not return to live with my Heavenly Father. I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and because the Gospel of Christ make me a better person.

How I live my faith

My husband and I teach a Sunday School class of twelve year old boys. We love it! They have a great desire to learn with Christ wants them to do.

Are Mormons Christians?

YES!! We are Christians, we believe in the Savior Jesus Christ!! President President Gordon B. Hinckley, in March of 2008, said "He is the chief cornerstone of the Church that bears His name, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There is no other name given among men whereby we can be saved (see Acts 4:12). He is the Author of our salvation, the Giver of eternal life (see Hebrews 5:9). There is none to equal Him. There never has been. There never will be. Thanks be to God for the gift of His Beloved Son, who gave His life that we might live and who is the chief, immovable cornerstone of our faith and His Church. None so great has ever walked the earth. None other has made a comparable sacrifice or granted a comparable blessing. He is the Savior and the Redeemer of the world. I believe in Him. I declare His divinity without equivocation or compromise. I love Him. I speak the name of Jesus Christ in reverence and wonder. He is our King, our Lord, our Master, the living Christ, who stands on the right hand of His Father. He lives! He lives, resplendent and wonderful, the living Son of the living God." I add my testimony to president Hinckley's, I believe in Him, I know he lives, I love him. Show more Show less
