Hi I'm Wendy

I'm a military wife, mother of 1 plus a pug, youth leader, outdoor enthusiast and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a military family and married into the military also. My husband is in the Air Force. So I have been able to do a fair amount of traveling in my life. We were blessed with 1 beautiful daughter that I have been fortunate enough to stay home to raise. I also enjoy animals, crafting & the outdoors. I work with the youth of the church and love it. Most of all I love spending time and creating wonderful memories with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a lifelong member of the church. I love the gospel and the many blessings that it has brought into my life. The knowledge of eternal families has comforted me at many times in my life. The things that are most important to me are also what the church has put emphsis on in our lives. I love having the knowledge of being a daughter of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always trying to set a good example to those I come in contact with. My hope by doing this is that others will see something interesting and want to know what's different. I am blessed to get to serve the youth. I love watching them grow and figure out who they are and there purpose in life. Their faith building experiences help me to gain a greater testimony of our Heavenly Fathers influence in my life and my personal relationship with him.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Mormon women are everyday people trying to be a good example to those around them by living a christ centered life. They come from all walks of life. We do believe in equality between men and women. We also believe that each gender has a special role to play in life. Show more Show less
