Hi I'm Jesse

I grew up in Utah. I am a Bioengineer. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and father of a beautiful girl. I am attending college, obtaining my PhD in Bioengineering. I enjoy playing piano, especially jazz. I served a mission in Vancouver, Canada.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon has helped me come closer to Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon is a daily source of strength for me. It helps me have the Holy Ghost and teaches how Jesus would have me live. I know that through His Church I can best follow my Savior and be together with my family forever.

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary. I love to meet people new people and helping them feel welcome and included. I invite neighbors to come to church, attend activities, and meet with full-time missionaries so that they can feel the joy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Yes. I love the Bible. It is a wonderful companion to the Book of Mormon and helps me see how God has helped all of His children all over the world. The four Gospels and the prophecies of Isaiah are my personal favorite sections in the Bible. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about family?

The family is the central unit to our Heavenly Father's plan. It is the greatest source of joy in my life. My highest goal is to continue to follow the example of our Savior so that my family can live with Him together forever. Show more Show less
