Hi I'm Steve

I'm a Mormon. I wasn't raised as a Mormon, but due to great friends I found the church of Jesus Christ and I love it!

About Me

I am married to a beautiful woman, and by her we have four wonderful children. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my family and I wish that I could be home more with them. I am in a sales position with a great company and life couldn't be better.

Why I am a Mormon

"Mormonism is the pure doctrine of Jesus Christ, of which I am not ashamed". In this church I find the truths of eternity. This church provides the saving ordinances that one needs to return to live with God the Father, and His Son Jesus Christ. Every good thing that I now have in my life (my family, my friends, and even my job) is traceable to belonging to this church.

How I live my faith

Currently I serve as an executive secretary to the Bishop in my home ward. I enjoy this calling, and I like the association that I have with our Bishop and his two councilors. I have come to know nearly everyone in our congregation by name, and this is a great blessing to me.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

We believe that God the Father, and His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are three separate beings. However, when the scriptures say that they are one, or one God, we know that this refers to their being one in purpose, not in body. There are many examples in the Bible and Book of Mormon that sheds light on this important doctrine. Show more Show less
