Hi I'm Sean
I'm a Mormon.
Getting close to being done with dental school. I have a wife and a son on the way. Which is pretty exciting. I was married in November last year. I love Ultimate Frisbee, Hiking Camping and traveling. I love to help and make things better. I love the environment and preserving it for those who are yet to come. I think service is important. I love my family. It has been hard to be far from them. It is nice to have the church to have family anywhere we go.
This is a very involved question. I am Mormon because I can not deny the way I feel when I am participating in the things that Mormons do. I feel peace, I feel whole. I know that Heavenly Father communicates with His children here on earth-- and even if I think I am just one of the billions He can and will speak to my soul if I am willing to search Him out. The Church Mormon religion teaches how to communicate with God. This communication has blessed my life many times. It has given me a deeper understanding of why I am here on earth.
There are many great things that I get to participate in for being in the Mormon religion. One of my favorites is Home Teaching. Home Teaching is when we go out and visit other members of our congregation in the area. I love being able to visit people from all walks of life and talk to them about their faith in Jesus Christ and why knowing more about God is important to them. We also catch up on what is going on in their life and an important duty of a Home Teacher is to serve the people that he home teaches. So we have the chance to provide service. It could be some thing simple as taking the trash out or changing a tire. No matter what happens I always leave feeling great after those visits.
