Hi I'm Ben

I love to laugh. I am part of a HUGE family. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am 22 years old. I was born and raised in California.I have 5 brothers and 4 sisters and love my big family.I am an avid reader and will read almost anything that catches my attention. I like to find the joke in every situation and love to get people to be happy.I love to listen to other people and find out about their life. If you have something to say then I will listen. I also love to learn. There is so much knowledge out there and I want to learn it all. Education is a big desire. I hope to attend as much collage as I can. My dream job would be to work with languages. I am fascinated about how languages come about and are used both ancient and modern. The Most important thing however is that I am apart of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints. I'm proud to say I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because everyday i wake up happy. When I follow the Lords commandments that have been given to a Prophet of God in these latter days, my days go smoother, I feel better, and i have the knowledge that my Heavenly Father is pleased with me and the life I lead. What could be better then that?

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to do what I know is right at all times, in all things, and in all places.

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

Ben
Becoming a member of our church is much more then just showing up on Sundays. It involves having a mighty change of heart and desiring to follow Jesus Christ for the rest of your life. The first step to get there is to have and make grow your faith in Christ as the Savior and Redeemer of the world. Then as that faith grows you will have a desire to repent(seek forgiveness) of all things that you have done that are contrary to the Lords commandments. As we exercise that faith and seek forgiveness we are cleansed from our mistakes and sins. This will make us want to be a new person which comes form being spiritually reborn. This step is Baptism by the proper authority. This gives us a renewed life and allows us to enter in at the strait gate. Baptism is a Covenant or a two way promise with God. We promise to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, to follow him, and to keep His commandments. Then we are clean and pure and are able to receive the Holy Ghost. The last step is to Endure to the End meaning that we will strive to keep Gods commandments for the rest of our life. Show more Show less
