Hi I'm Brittany

I was born in Japan.I'm a dancer, photographer, yogi, traveler, optimist, veggie, and a missionary. I'm a mormon.

About Me

i'm a university student. i love to laugh. i love art, movies, music, and literature that make you think. i love the beach. i talk to every animal that i see. i love knowing new people. i love that little feeling you get when you make someone else happy. i love journals. i prefer to be barefoot. i am very easily entertained.

Why I am a Mormon

i am a mormon because i know that only through following jesus christ can we find true peace in this life. i know that, because i strive to do it every day and i am continually blessed and happy. i know that we have never messed up too much to be able to return and follow the savior's path again. i know that peace comes from having complete confidence in heavenly father's plan for my life and being patient when i don't understand why he lets certain things happen. i know that he answers every prayer. i've seen over and over again that he truly has his hand in our lives daily.

How I live my faith

i am currently serving a full-time mission, helping my hispanic brothers and sisters come to know jesus christ in southern texas. that means i've given up school, hobbies, work, and family for a year and a half. i walk and ride bikes, talk to every soul i see, and visit community members to help them strengthen their faith in jesus christ by sharing what i have come to know for myself.

In whom should we have faith?

we should have faith in our savior, jesus christ. faith that he loves us, he lived and died for us, and that through him we can be forgiven of our sins. we can live with our families forever. we can live again after this life. we should also have faith in ourselves! we can do anything that we set our mind to as we are striving to keep our lives in harmony with christ's teachings.
