Hi I'm Rob

I grew up in Moreland, Idaho where I learned to work from my Dad and Grandpa at the family grocery store.

About Me

I work as a consulting mechanical engineer and get great satisfaction from my work. I also serve in our ward wherever I am called. I love to help others and enjoy the feelings that come from the opportunity to do so. I have a wonderful family and love it when my children call me Dad.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the LDS Church because of a pioneer named Fredrick. Fredrick found the gospel, crossed the plains, built mills for the church, served as a Bishop for 43 years and recorded most of his experiences in a journal. His journal has inspired many of us, his offspring, as we have read about his life and his testimony of the gospel. Because of his life and the lives of his children and so forth, my dad taught me about the church as I grew. I continue to discover the truth's of the gospel for myself and am now striving to teach my children by word and deed about my Savior and how the church helps us to know how we can return and live with our loving Heavenly Father again together as a forever family.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith every day. In our neighborhood I have the opportunity to work with the youth and their parents as I serve as a leader in our church ward. I am continually impressed with the ability the youth have to learn and how they are living their lives. I am grateful for the guidance the gospel provides us and the confidence it gives us to live as we know we should.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Rob
Families are important to us because of our faith that we can be together forever. Knowing that you will enjoy the family organization even after this life gives me an added desire to be the best I can be in my family responsibilities. Show more Show less
