Hi I'm Michael Bridenstine

I wrote a fantasy novel. I haven't published it or anything. I just wrote it for fun. I love books and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love a good story. I've always found joy in reading books. I guess that carried over into trying to write a few myself. It's a great hobby that helps me to unwind after a hard day. I have an assoicaiate's degree in science. I would be going to college to further my education, but right now I'm serving an LDS mission. For two years of my life i'll be preaching the gospel and inviting others to come unto Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

Being Mormon means everythign to me. It's my anchor in a chaotic world. I have always known that there was a God. I just knew it you know. Being Mormon uplifts me and helps me to overcome my weaknesses. I have no idea where i'd be if I wasn't Mormon. I really don't think I'd be able to bear it. I'd be totally lost. My faith is the center of my happyness and joy in life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving my Lord everyday. Everyday I seek to improve myself so that I can better lead others to Christ. I long to share the joy and happyness I have with others. As a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I spend every day trying to share the Gospel. I serve others and do whatever I can to bring lasting happyness to God's children here on earth.

Why don’t Mormons have paid clergy?

Michael Bridenstine
Everything that is done in the Church is completely done by volenteers. Our clergy our asked to be such in addition to their normal lives. They serve because they love the Lord and wish to help those around them. Mormons feel a sincear desire to serve others, that is why we are willing to act as clergy without being paid.
