Hi I'm Sue

I'm a Mother, a Grandmother, a caregiver to my Mother, a friend to many and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother and wife. I have four children who are all married and have given me 10 grandchildren that I love. My husband and I were married and sealed in the temple just about a year ago and he brought into my life two more children and 3 more grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is Heavenly Father's true church here on the earth today, with a prophet to lead and guide us. I love the gospel and enjoy serving through my callings.

How I live my faith

I am active in my church work. I word in the women's organization in the church and enjoy it very much. I also enjoy visiting teaching with the sisters.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Sue
Mormons do believe the Bible to be the word of God. It is not replaced by the Book of Mormon but rather supplements and complimented by it. The Bible tells of Christ's visit to the Jews and the Book of Mormon tells of His visit to the people in North America. If you think about it, it does make sense that Jesus would have visited all His people and instructed and taught them too. We read and use both books equally. Show more Show less
