Hi I'm Kendal

I grew up in Southeast Idaho USA. I'm an engineering consultant. I love spending time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to spend time outdoors, hunting and fishing. I like to play various sports including golf, basketball, and softball. I grew up on a farm and learned the value of hard work and commitment.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I love the feelings that I have when I learn more about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's comforting to know about the plan of salvation and that I can be with my family after this life if I make correct choices pertaining to the gospel.

How I live my faith

My family and I read in the scriptures everyday, which gives us the opportunity to be together at least for a moment to reflect on the words of the prophets of old and how we can live our lives today. I love working with my friends and neighbors in our congregation as a clerk. I have the responsibility of updating church records and recording new ordinances that take place in the church and in our community.

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

Kendal
We believe that eternal life is more than just living forever. Eternal life is having the ability to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ after this life. We can receive this ability to live with God and Jesus only through having faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ, repenting of the wrong choices that we make, being baptized by immersion by someone with the proper authority to act in Christ's name, and continuing to make good choices in life, which we call enduring to the end.
